The grounds are neat, natural and wildlife friendly. The cottage has a picket fenced, south facing private garden with wooden dining furniture and a charcoal barbeque.

Well behaved dogs are welcome* just to let you know that lively Jack Russell, Brock lives on site.

The 15 acres of pasture are adjacent to the property, along with 15 acres of broadleaf woodland. The woods are set on a hillside with brook running through its heart and a footpath leading to Alltwalis village and The Mason's Arms pub. Steep and sometimes slippery, you will need strong waterproof footwear to explore.
